I read some of the reviews and was a little hesitant to call this company. I called and they were here the next day to look at my washing machine. He explained to me what the problem could be but let me know sometimes it doesn't fix the problem. I had him order the part and he came back the following week to repair my washing machine. I'm so glad it is now working properly. The gentleman was very sweet and very professional. I would recommend him to my friends.

I met Ken when I needed him in 1989 1990, I still rely on him. I like the fact that he is honest and will tell you if your appliance is worth repairing or not. I think his prices are more than fair. Many of my friends are as happy as I am. We mention him on Nextdoor alot!
